The challenge
Convert a 22 room former B&B hotel, located in a Georgian terraced house,
into a 17 suite executive hotel complete with high-end facilities for work, rest and relaxation.
The answer
To provide for the business traveller’s every need each suite has a comfortably furnished lounge area, ergonomically designed office space - with computer and internet access - as well as a small pantry. A glazed screen separates the lounge and office from a sleeping area complete with king-size bed. Hammams are a feature in many of the bathrooms, while jacuzzis add an extra touch of luxury to others.
Integrated into the hotel are a reception area and a range of essential back-of-house facilities, while a bar and restaurant are planned for the next phase of the building’s development.
