THE IMAGINATION: A LINEDOTA CONCEPT PROJECT
We have designed many bespoke guestrooms for our hospitality clients who naturally want to keep new ideas to themselves until they are built. We understand this so we have come up with a series of concept designs that explore new ideas without giving away their secrets. Our client’s discretion is something we will never compromise.
The Red Room is 40m2, its features include:

o Acoustic screening from the corridor noise
o Glass screens provide borrowed light
reducing energy use
o Environmental water recovery systems
o Luxury recycled materials such as
coloured glass
o Area zones for better use of space
o Open plan shower room layouts
o More storage space for long stay clients
o Prefabricated bathroom design
